Hull Minster is a spectacular place to get married, but a church wedding is about far more than just a building. Making your commitment before God and in front of those you love is one of the most important and exciting steps you can take in life. Our team do everything they can to make it an incredible experience, both spiritually and practically.

We offer a contemporary or traditional style of wedding service.

Baptisms

Baptisms are a celebration, a time to come together with family and friends; remembering that you are loved by God, are part of a wider community and have a place with God's people.

It is the start of an exciting Christian journey and we do everything we can at Hull Minster to make it a very special occasion. We offer child and adult baptisms across our main services. We also give families the option of a baptism at 1:30pm on Sunday afternoons.

We don’t charge for baptisms but donations are always welcome.

Funerals

Funerals can be a very distressing time for family and friends of the deceased. Should you wish to hold the ceremony at Hull Minster, ask your undertaker to get in contact with us at the earliest opportunity. To help you in our time of need we will endeavour to help any way we can.
