Kerrin Tatman and Freya Bryson
To commemorate the life of Amy Johnson, award-winning Beverley-bred composers Kerrin Tatman and Freya Bryson bring you an evening of original compositions and art-song in the stunning setting of Holy Trinity Church.
Featuring the public premiere of two pieces inspired by Amy Johnson, the evening will be an eclectic mixture of piano, vocal, ‘cello, violin and accordion music. Highlights include extracts from Bryson’s setting of William Blake’s Songs of Innocence and Experience and Tatman’s Mourn for Solo ‘Cello, the latter featuring aerial circus silks dancer Claire Harvey on a 6-metre high rig.
